Food Hygiene Rating

The Big and Fresh approach is to maintain a very high standard of cleanliness within our kitchens. With this in mind all schools are food hygiene rating 3 and above. This takes into account not just food safety & cleanliness, but the condition of the building itself and our food safety management system (HACCP).
